For now, it’s free, and I’ll add it to my book collection so you can access it later if you miss it this time around. If you would like paperback copies, you can get them from Amazon at the link in the last post. Authors make a small amount from this, and I know it’s really small. I’ve published five books on Amazon over the last decade, have sold a lot of copies, and have hardly made any money after paying my Amazon ads contractor.
All my best, and I think this is a super important read for everyone. Send it around to whoever you think would need it. That means almost everyone these days.
Here is how to download it.
Here is Dr. Gammal’s email to me today.
Hi Robert
I was having lunch in Townsville, when I received an email from my mate Dr Andrew Taylor, who subscribes to your emails and thought I might enjoy the post you did on the book. Andrew is the other person who wrote one of the reviews on the inside cover of the book. He is an old mate who is the only other dentist I can trust to do the work properly. I keep telling him to retire though. IT is so good to read a review from someone who truly understands the issues. I am especially glad that you mention the neural interference aspect in your review. Although this is the least referenced part of the story, I think it may be the most profound of all the disasters of this procedure. I never ceased to be amazed at how profound this was. Such a simple thing as a correctly placed local anaesthetic could switch of tragic symptoms in seconds. I’ll be forever grateful to Dr Poehlman for teaching me this originally. It is certainly an area that you would find fascinating if you have not yet.
Considering that the book has been out for a few years now and has only cost me money to get it out there, I would like to accept your offer to put it out on your Substack. The more people who become aware, the more chance of their health benefiting and even possibly having an effect on the dental trade. I cannot call these criminals professional. My criticism is toward the teachers. As I have said many times the majority of dentists and doctors are doing the best they can according to what they have been taught. Just as I did. Whatever providence pushed me n these directions I am glad they did. There are of course those who do know this information and turn their back on it. The $$$’s are just too important. Joseph Campbell once wrote: “There are many gods. Chose your god wisely. Because the one you chose is the one you deserve.”
It seems to me that you and I come from similar heart space, and I am grateful to have this contact with you. I know we both are thanking each other but I also truly mean it.
Regards
Robert

to Robert Gammal
You’re my hero, Robert, and with your permission, I will extend your offer to distribute your book to my friend Unbekoming, who has a platform roughly similar to mine. I think he would be very honored to do it. I’m hoping this will do somebody some good. Nobody listens to me much, and, as you know, I wrote another book, similarly ferocious in its attitudes but equally ignored. What a freaking world we live in, and part of me wishes I were retired like you instead of still screaming into the wind.
Best,
Robert Yoho, MD
Thank you both!
Thank you! I have just bought the hard copy. If things go dark I will always have a copy!
Thank you SO MUCH for this, Dr Gammal and Dr Yoho! You are saving a lot of lives by sharing this knowledge. uD83DuDE4F
Thank you Dr. Gammal and Dr. Yoho for doing this. For the record, I do have the paid kindle version of The Garbage Collector and also Butchered by Healthcare.
Thank you to Dr. Gammal for his generosity in this excellent book about dentistry. I sure appreciate it.
Thank you, Dr. Yoho, for posting the PDF for us.
Thank you Dr. Yoho, and thank you Dr. Gammal for allowing a PDF of your book to be shared.
Much appreciation to Dr Gammal and to you, sir.
Thank you both so much!
Thank you both so, so much for sharing this valuable information. Much appreciated! uD83EuDEE0
Thanks
I practiced dentistry for 53 years on people from every walk of life from indigent to wealthy and highly educated. I personally have root canals that are over 50 years old. I am not aware of any of the sequalae you describe from using the materials you addressed. Without general dental treatment virtually everyone would have lost some or all of their teeth and suffered from impaired chewing and digestion, not to mention undesirable cosmetics. Some of the materials used today were not available during the years I practiced. I think these criticisms of dentistry are overblown. I had patients who stayed with me the entire time I practiced who remained healthy throughout. I am reminded of a line from an Archie comic book I read as a teenager: ‘looking for sin through a magnifying glass’.
I am always amused when the issues of flouride in the water, or mercury, come up, and some old time dentist weighs in to the editor as above. No problem! Cognitive dissonance. Like my uncle, the doctor, who faithfully read JAMA his entire career, even when told it was bought and paid for by big pharma, didn’t faze him. then he took the shot, and died a horrible death. Dispensed amoxicylin (sp) all his life, probably never prescribed and probiotics or tried to do it without antibiotics. Somehow I don’t think Archie sums up the Rockefeller medical/dental/psychology tyranny we are under. But never mind Snitzer.
Had all the mercury taken out 12 years ago by a holistic dentist who did it right, haven’t been to a corporate dentist since. Last time I saw one of them, for a cap, said no numbing, they called me a hero when I left. I just told them if they were any good not to hit a nerve. Did the same for the 5 mercs above, didn’t walk out looking like a chipmunk. Blew them away. Gums hurt? Swish with essential oils or similar. BTW, don’t have any of the problems you say I should have, but I also avoid corporate food. So no need for regular cleaning or daily flossing.
This stuff doesn’t amuse me, but your attitude is just right.
Okay, how about utterly dismayed, once again. Like with just about everything else the medikill cabal is exposed for. But amused since these old “doctors” just live in a sheltered fantasy world and are so predictable, can’t keep their know-nothing mouths shut. How could you read your article and then quote Archie? Helloooooo!
I just figured out what kept me going back to ER, that of course nobody ever asked about or mentioned the possibility. Avoid Advil, et al., if you value any of your major organs. Thanks to an article by Sayer Ji.
You need to read the
Price material and do the rest of your homework by reading Dr. Gammal’s book. My book “Judas Dentistry” is also useful.
Thanks to Dr. Gammal and you, Dr. Yoho, for “The Garbage Collector.” I will share it with others and BTW I also bought a copy at Amazon.
Thank you both, Drs. Gammal and Yoho!
I have downloaded the book and I also bought a copy from Amazon.
Iu2019ve had this book on Kindle for several years
Robert, you are listened to, read, and appreciated. I consider it a privilege to read and learn from you.
Thank you for the download link. I downloaded it and look forward to reading it. Currently I have a cavity under a 1.5 year old crown and am interested to see if this is discussed. If anyone has experienced this I’m open to feedback. Thanks again.
You have no higher priority than getting this crown and the cavity drilled out and replaced with ceramics or taken out altogether. This is likely damaging your health.
I canu2019t wait to read it.
As a kid, I had a handful of cavities. I distinctly remember a dentist offering to do u201Cwhite fillingsu201D. My mom was hesitant as she had only had amalgam fillings and I had 2-3 amalgams as well.
She asked him why do them in white. He said they certainly blend in better and I would be glad of that if I ever became a model! uD83DuDE02 I recall being flattered but also knowing somehow that he was being silly, deflecting, and distracting. I had that odd feelingu2014 at maybe 11-12 years old, that he had a far better reason than the unlikely one he was giving.
He knew. He mustu2019ve known all about mercury, even 50 years ago. He just couldnu2019t be truthful because we all recoil at new things, especially things that donu2019t follow the medical narrative.
I am grateful for the few white fillings I have. While eating (pitiless!) olive dip last year, I bit into a pit and cracked a tooth. It has been slowly crumbling while I forget to look into having it repaired u2014 and all the amalgams removed. I am recently experiencing u201Cmercury brainu201Du2014 which feels a lot like ai imagine alzheimeru2019s to feel.
I must read the book.
Will be releasing an interview Bohdanna and I had with Dr. Yoho tomorrow on this very subject!
My uncle a dentist, Dr Douglas Cook was one of these warriors in the dental field blowing the whistle!! Love your work!! He would be so grateful for all you are doing!!! He was so alone in waking people up!! He sued the American dental Association and won
But they never changed!!
Thanks, Doc… will read with interest!
Thank you!
Many thanks to you both for the pdf of this book! I also ordered a paperback copy from Amazon and am anxious to read it. Slowly, but surely, word is getting out and some ARE listening. Thankful you are both pushing in the right direction for better health.
Perfect timing! I’ll include this link in the podcast interview we had with you Dr. Yoho, which will be released tomorrow.
Download the PDF of the book and put it in your Substack as a free download.
Done. Thank you Dr Yoho

Thanks to Robert doubled for your care and courage to contend with the Iatrogenesis Mafia.
I appreciate the book and will pass it on to others in need.
For the Yoho Robert, maybe you will be unable to find the word “retired” in your dictionary as I have done and instead find “retried”.
Thank you both for this beneficent generosity. It’s an example for all of your readers. .
Thank you.

I had the great fortune of having Dr Gammal as my dentist till his retirement a few years back. As soon as my amalgam fillings and root canal teeth were removed my mental acuity and overall health improved drastically.
I will ever be grateful uD83DuDE4FuD83CuDFFD
Thank you!
Thank you for all you do. I’ll share this around, as usual. Please, don’t retire! Besides, I love listening to your voice. It’s so soothing. Whilst my father, a truly intense vulgarian, yours is the kind of voice that’s full of warmth and guidance.
Thank you Dr Yoho and Dr Gammel for your generosity! I am looking forward to reading your books and passing on the information. Wishing you both well!
Blessings to both of you for your kindness and generosity.
Thank you SO MUCH for this, Dr Gammal and Dr Yoho! You are saving a lot of lives by sharing this knowledge. uD83DuDE4F
thank you.
Thank you very much – I am looking forward to reading this book, and appreciate it.
Thank you so very much! I finally finished removing the last of my amalgam fillings a couple months ago. Now I know why Iu2019ve been feeling so good! Iu2019ve been like u201Cwhy am I feeling so good?u201D I just turned 70..,
Thank you so much for this book.
Thank you very much for all of your work. You have touched and helped so many. You may never realize the impact. Hang in there!
WOW thanks.
Awesome 🙂
I just finished your ‘Butchered by Healthcare” 20 min ago, plan to write a review this morning in a couple hours, but immediately not this book (e-edition) after watching & sharing “Root Cause” yesterday. Starting ‘Garbage’ is on my to do list today, after writing your review.
All this is very powerful info, from a financial industry guy, who has moved his interest towards exploring healthcare issues, during the covid era. Now several thousand hours into this project, preparing towards ‘Disease-X’.
Read DMSO, CLO2, Butchered of your stuff, in addition to Curious, Marin, Kory, and serveral others.
Root canals cause cancer. So I wouldn’t have one even though I know that there are numerous cures for cancer, some of which I have in my work that’s free on my website, http://www.truedemocracy.net at the icon that says Magazine. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
God bless,

You have helped me find more people I genuinely respect for their efforts to scream into the wind, as you say, to help mankind know the truths. Some people and I are listening.
Everybody has an encounter with a snake story that they can tell you, great conversations. I realize many people after reading these books can recall dentist/snake stories,

I read Robert Gammals book THE GARBAGE COLLECTOR more than 2 years ago. I bookmarked about 70 pages and learned enough to confidently go to any dentist with questions to learn and discern if that dentist is one to be trusted based on their protocols. When I wrote to Gammal the one piece of advice he gave me was “Make sure you feel trust.” Later, Dominick Nischwitz said to “Ask every question you learn are important to ask.” To which I’ve learned if the answers don’t deserve your absolute trust, meaning written on paper then thats not your dentist, dental surgeon, periodontist, denturist. Keep in mind that most dentists want your money more than your best outcome.
Robert Gammal is a REAL hero. Its clear he imprinted in his soul the HEROIC soul of Hal Huggins and made Huggins proud enough to rest in deeper peace.
Please donu2019t stop screaming into the wind lol some of us can hear you and we need you! Retire if you need to youu2019ve earned it!
Thanks to you both for the fasntasdtic resource. I am guessing/hoping that Dr. Gammal’s book will experience a boost in paid book sales. That happened to me and it was a very pleasant surprise. Some people, it seems, just want the physical book in their hands.
Please thank Dr. Gammal, and thank YOU for making this incredible book available. The world is truly a better place because of people like the two of you. You are both truly altruistic humanitarians! PS: PLEASE don’t stop “screaming into the wind”!
I bought the book on Amazon. I already have Judas Dentistry. How do I find an oral surgeon who will pull the tooth I had a root canal in? Iu2019m not having a problem with it now, but after reading this, I think I should get it out.
Your best bet is to talk to Becky, who is in a chapter in Judas Dentistry with your contact information. This is only if you’re willing to go to Spain to get it done, where my wife had hers done. For the US, if it’s only one tooth, many people are competent to do it.
Thanks!
Thank you!
Hi Dr. Yohou2026I thank you so much for the link to the book, The Garbage Collector, and I am currently reading it, but took a break to write you and tell this short story: About twenty years ago, I began suffering from a malady of symptoms that were confounding to my and my GP. I ended up going to a well-known diagnostician in Scottsdale, AZ. The doctor took a full history of symptoms, as well as my medical and dental history. He did not, however, run any tests, nor order or require any labwork, X-rays, etc. After an hour, he looked at me and said, u201CI know what is wrong with you. You have mercury poisoning and you must immediately seek a dentist who will revise all of your ill-gotten dental work, before things get worseu2026and they will if you donu2019t do as I say.u201D He said it with such conviction that I believed him and immediately set out to find a dentist who would do this u2018dental revision.u2019 I found one in Texas hill country, and after doing my due diligence in research of this man, I signed up and was u2018all inu2019 for a complete dental revision.
Part of what came with the u2018dental revisionu2019 was a week-long recovery class that followed my surgery, a surgery which consisted of having all my amalgam fillings removed, all my root-canaled teeth removed (4 of them) and all of my cavitations cleaned out (six in total, 4 from the root canals, and 2 from prior extracted teeth in which they did not remove the periodontal ligament). The surgery lasted 10 hours, under IV conscious sedation, but all was done in one fell swoop, in the correct order of removal, because the dentist who did the revision was trained by none other than Dr. Hal Huggins. As it turns out, the man who taught the week-long recovery class (how to recover from mercury exposure and heal from cavitations, etc) was also Dr. Hal Huggins. What a wealth of information that man was.
And, in another turn of events, Dr. Huggins took a great interest in my u2018pre-dental revisionu2019 and post-dental revisionu2019 biology. My blood labs , pre-revision and my blood labs, post-revision were DRASTICALLY different. I literally improved health-wise almost overnight after my revision and all of my labwork proved it! My husband can attest to those changes, which were profound. Brain fogu2026GONE. Muscle twitches (fasciculations)u2026GONE. Hyperactivityu2026GONE. Insomniau2026GONE. Constant migrainesu2026GONE. So much suffering from so many symptomsu2026GONE. So profound were the changes in my biology and health, that Dr. Huggins asked if I wanted to come work for him as a patient advocate. There were people from all over the world calling him at that time with questions about their dental work and what a revision could/would do and what to expect, that he was inundated and needed someone who had u2018been there/done that.u2019 That person was me. I learned so much working for Dr. Huggins, I could write my OWN book about the evils of dentistry. I became a great admirer of not only Dr. Huggins, but of Weston Price and all of the work he did to try to warn humanity about dentistry way back then. In turn, I have told anyone who will listen, DONu2019T have root canals, and if you have an extraction, make sure the dentist removes the periodontal ligament in the process. How many have listened, canu2019t say, but Iu2019ve really sounded the alarm!
I am grateful to you, Dr. Yoho, for your book Judas Dentistry, and for Dr. Gammalu2019s book as well. I was hoping Dr. Huggins would live long enough to see his legacy (the take-down of the ADA and the current dental u2018systemu2019) come to fruition, but alas, he left us too soon. His legacy does live on, though, through people such as you and Dr. Gamma;, who are still shouting from the rooftops to warn people of the dangers of our current ongoing dental methods, and for that I am so grateful. There is still much work to be doneu2026
Wow, thank you! Just downloaded. I bought the book yesterday but I am happy to have a paper copy too! Looking forward to reading every word.
Thank you for this download! I know a few souls who need it fast!
Wonderful! Thanks to you both.
Thank you both Drs. My brother in uk is a retired dentist I will speak with him soon and see what he thinks.
Thank you. uD83DuDE0A
I’m listening to you Dr Yoho. I believe you are entirely correct. Thank you for the interview you did on Roman and Bohdanna Chapoval’s Substack.
I just purchased a copy of Dr. Gammalu2019s book for myself and my cousin. I am very familiar witn
I just purchased Dr. Gammalu2019s book for myself and my cousin. I am also very familiar with the work of Price & Huggins. After having 3 small amalgam fillings removed in April 2009, the constant pain in my neck/back literally disappeared overnight!!! I had my root canals removed one side at a time August 2009 and then six weeks later the other side. I had a local fellow who is an encyclopedia of supplement knowledge advise me to take Beta Glucan for jaw pain and pointed me toward Japanese research on this supplement. He had a nurse friend that survived cancer after taking Beta Glucan! After suffering with a failed dental bridge which infected all of my teeth internally, I had the remainder of my teeth extracted in October 2018. I kid you not, I literally lost 12+lbs of water weigh in under 12 hours! I also had very little pain, only relief. I slept better that night than I had since I had my damned infected root canals removed. I only wish I had forgone any further dental restorations in 2012 and had all of my teeth extracted back in 2009! Most dental restorations are another expensive poisonous time bomb waiting to happen. Thank you for your work!!!
So, are you this Dr. Yoho? I thought Iu2019d look you up because I subscribed a while ago and knew I recognized your name because itu2019s so unusual.
Dr. Yoho didnu2019t u201Cretireu201D. His license was revoked for malpractice and the deaths of two women. I think your readers whou2019ve trusted you should know this.
