Out of Town
Amazingly 80% of Dr.Yoho's new patients are direct referals from previous patients. Guess good new spreads fast. Patient satisfaction is of the up most importance. However, Dr.Yoho often turns away patient who are not ready.
These days it seems like liposuction surgeons are flooding the web bragging about what they can do for us and how cheaply we can get it done. It seems impossible to truly trust their ravings about their articles published or awards they received.
It's time we were told the truth about what really can be done and what happens before, during, and after a liposuction procedure. The only way we may hear the truth is to go directly to the patient. This isn't just any patient. This patient traveled cross country, from Florida, to have Dr.Yoho help her realize a different life.
Amazingly, Jane was told by other liposuction surgeons four years ago that the only way to control her extreme saddlebag problem was to have sections surgically removed. When Dr.Yoho first saw Jane's pictures, he realized he could help relieve her misery and do it without putting her at risk with harsh surgery.
Jane's long battle with her saddlebags came to a head after an embarrassing incident involving U. S. Customs officials. Jane soon vowed to find the right liposuction specialist that could help find the real person she knew was there trapped in an unhappy body.
The following is an interview conducted only five days after Dr.Yoho removed a major amount of fat from Jane's saddlebag area. During our discussion she was positively gleaming with joy and energy. At times during our conversation she was overcome with emotion as she spoke of Dr.Yoho, the care, and concerns he and his staff exhibited.
Interviewer: Hello Jane how are you feeling today?
Jane: I only feel like half the person I was before.
Interviewer: I can't believe you came all the way from Florida, to have Dr.Yoho perform the procedure. Weren't you worried about making the trip here and then returning after the surgery?
Jane: At first I was a little nervous, then I spoke to Judy and felt the genuine warmth and concern in had for me. After that I had no doubt that I needed to come to Dr. Yoho.
Interviewer: What made you begin your search for the right surgeon?
Jane: Returning from a vacation in Jamaica, when U.S. Customs officers at the airport stopped me and insisted on searching me. The officers felt I was attempting to sneak something into the country under my dress. A female officer actually frisked me and made me lift my dress over my hips to prove I didn't tape something to my legs or hips. After it was over, the Customs officials apologized and asked that I understand. I was so embarrassed over the whole scene. When I got home I swore to do something about the way I felt.
Interviewer: Was there anything special you did just before starting out on your trek to Pasadena.
Jane: No, not really, I got up early the day I flew out. After I showered, I took one last look in the mirror at what I intended to leave in California.
Interviewer: Is everyone waiting back home to see the changes in you?
Jane: No, not this time. I did have liposuction about 4 years ago and told everyone. Unfortunately, the surgeon did not achieve the significant results that I and everyone expected. I was crushed and felt so foolish about getting everyone excited about what didn't happen.
Interviewer: Did the doctors offer you any option or answers?
Jane: I was told that the only way he could promise me the results I wanted was to have sections of my saddlebag area surgically removed.
Interviewer: Well, what about this time? Did you tell?
Jane: Oh yes! When I took the foam off and saw myself in the mirror, I told my mother she could calling home tell everyone she wanted to.
Interviewer: It's been five days now and I was wondering if you had much pain or bruising?
Jane:I actually have very little bruising and believe it or not I have yet to take any pain medication.
Interviewer: You must be kidding. You really haven't taken anything.
Jane: Honestly, I have not felt the needed to take anything.
Interviewer: Obviously you aren't regretting the trip cross county?
Jane: It's been a wonderful experience and no amount of money is too much for the feeling you will have. Actually, Dr.Yoho was priced really well, especially compared to the surgeons I consulted in Florida. After it's all said and done you have to remind yourself not to smiling all the time.
Interviewer: Was cost a deciding factor in your decision?
Jane: Yes and no. I wasn't going to be a fool and just give my money away. I also was most concerned about feeling an understanding between myself and the surgeon I chose. After my phone consultation with Dr.Yoho and Judy there was no doubt I wanted Dr.Yoho and only Dr.Yoho. There was a genuine feeling of warmth, compassion, and concern that I felt from no other surgeon.
Interviewer: Has Dr.Yoho made arrangements for you to see another surgeon in Florida for your follow up and any touch ups that you may need?
Jane: No, I let Dr.Yoho know that I will fly back out to Pasadena for my follow up appointment. As for as any touch up liposuction that may be needed will only be done by Dr.Yoho. He's only doctor that I want working on me.
