Case Number: 342
- Before After
These are photographs of an outside physician’s liposuction case. Notice that there is a “donut” around the bellybutton, a typical beginners error. This consists of fat left in this region, forming an elevated area that is unattractive. Notice also the outer thighs have been liposuctioned in an unattractive fashion such that depressions can be seen there. But worse of all, this patient had her buttocks liposuctioned directly and on the side view you can see that the nice round contour of her buttocks has been flattened considerably into an unattractive somewhat saggy appearance. This is another beginners mistake. Generally, the buttocks should not be liposuctioned at all and the area around the buttocks, the outer thighs, waist, hips, and the area above the buttocks all can be shaped to make the buttocks look more attractive. This applies to a woman’s figure of course.
