Scott’s expert said precisely what I thought, and I have experience sedating thousands of patients using most of the drugs that killed Grace.
The issues are so obvious to me that I asked Scott about jury nullification. This is when a jury acquits a defendant, even when the evidence suggests guilt, because they disagree with the law or its application to the case. The jury disregards the judge’s instructions on the law or the evidence, choosing to deliver a verdict based on their sense of justice, morality, or social issues. Lawyers are not permitted to ask a jury to nullify a verdict. But skillful lawyers know how to argue for it without outright asking for it.
However, there was no chance of that. This jury was composed primarily of younger people, and they deliberated for only 15 minutes.
Summary
This is a summary of David Fiorazo’s interview, written through Scott’s eyes.
As exposed by Dr. Mary Talley Bowden on Joe Rogan’s podcast, I lost my 19-year-old daughter, Grace, to what can only be described as hospital-sanctioned euthanasia. Grace had Down syndrome and died at a COVID hospital in Appleton, Wisconsin, after receiving what my expert witness, Dr. Berdine, called “the worst clinical decision” (the administration of morphine) he ever saw in 46 years of medical practice.
The Drugs That Killed Grace
The hospital administered three drugs to Grace: Precedex, lorazepam, and morphine. Dr. Berdine reviewed Grace’s medical records and testified that the repeated administration of Precedex on October 13th was “insane.” The administration of morphine to a patient who was unconscious, unresponsive, had lost her blood pressure, had no palpable pulse, and whose respiratory pattern was failing was beyond medical incompetence.
Dr. Berdine had never served as an expert witness for plaintiffs before. He only worked for the defense, representing doctors. This case moved him so much that he refused personal payment for his work. He said Grace’s treatment was the most egregious he had ever seen, and he wanted the truth exposed to the public.
The Trial Results
We needed 10 out of 12 jurors to win in Wisconsin. The defense required the same. The jury decided against us 11 to 1 in about 15 minutes. Only one juror—I believe the oldest person on the jury—stood with us. I’d estimate the average age of the jury was in their early 30s.
These younger jurors had been programmed by the public school system and social media to trust the medical establishment. When our case touched on vaccines, COVID protocols, and ivermectin—topics labeled as conspiracies—we looked like fringe people to this jury. The general population cannot accept that the things they were told were safe and effective were killing people.
Hospital Deception and Fraudulent Consent
The hospital created a fraudulent consent document. Grace and I arrived at the emergency room at 2:10 PM on October 6, 2021. Seventeen minutes later, at 2:27 PM, someone documented that Grace had given oral consent to a general consent form. This phantom conversation never happened, and as a Down Syndrome patient, she would have had trouble understanding it anyway. I was with Grace the entire time as her father, advocate, and power of attorney.
Based on this document, the hospital claimed that Grace orally agreed to a general consent document without my presence. The document shows no signature from Grace and no identification of who supposedly had this conversation with her. We brought this document into evidence to show that we did not give implied consent for treatment.
What the Defense Experts Testified
The hospital brought in six experts from across the country, including two from Johns Hopkins. These high-priced experts stated that everything done to Grace followed the standard of care and was normal for an ICU. They said that by entering a hospital, patients give implied consent for any treatment. They claimed doctors need not inform families about dangerous medications, even after prior overdoses.
Most shocking, their experts testified that a DNI (Do Not Intubate) equals a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate), and that doctors can unilaterally place a DNR on patients without consent, without witnesses, without signatures, and without a DNR bracelet.
The Illegal DNR
The hospital placed an illegal DNR on Grace without our knowledge or consent. We learned of this when we were screaming to save Grace, and the nurses refused to come into her room – telling us that Grace was DNR.
The PREP Act Shield
The PREP Act, passed in December 2005, grants immunity from liability for any treatment covered under emergency use authorization during a declared public health emergency. If Grace had received remdesivir or been placed on a ventilator, we would have had no legal recourse because these were protected countermeasures.
The defense falsely claimed I was offered remdesivir and refused it, implying Grace died because of my decision. This was a direct lie. I was never offered remdesivir, though I would have refused it because we understood its dangers before entering the hospital.
The Statistical Reality
According to HBO’s documentary “Bleed Out,” Wisconsin sees 27,000 patients injured or killed in hospitals annually. Of those, only 84 lawsuits were filed. Only 22 go to trial—that’s 0.08% of all cases. Of those 22 trials, only three went in favor of the plaintiffs. We were fighting 13.6% odds within 0.08% odds.
Our lawsuit cost one million dollars. The maximum we could win in Wisconsin for medical malpractice was $750,000. We didn’t file the lawsuit for money. God called us to shed light on evil. The beast system is designed to protect hospitals and doctors, not patients.
The Broader Implications
The jury’s decision establishes that patients lose all rights upon admission to the hospital. Doctors can administer any drugs without consent. Families need not be informed of dangerous medications or overdoses. Doctors can unilaterally impose DNR orders without the patient’s or family’s knowledge.
The medical system operates under Medicare and Medicaid rules designed to ration care and hasten death. These rules are presented as budget-balancing measures, but they function as death panels. The Hippocratic Oath is not “first do no harm”—it’s an oath to pagan gods that prioritizes the system over patients.

If our lawsuit did nothing else, it showed the world that the standard of care for informed consent is subjective, which means they will do whatever they want based on what they believe is right, not what you believe is right. Of course, objective emergencies are excluded from this stance.
My Mission
I speak out because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else, not even to my worst enemy. The white coat no longer deserves automatic trust. Doctors and hospitals must earn trust through transparent actions, not demand it through cultural programming.
When you enter the hospital system, you surrender your rights. The jury confirmed this reality.
The physical reason I continue this fight is to prevent other families from experiencing what we endured. The spiritual reason is that God placed us in this battle for His purposes. More people may be saved through our loss than through a victory. The truth about hospital protocols must reach the public, even if the courts refuse to deliver justice.
Grace’s death exposes a system designed to kill vulnerable patients while protecting itself through legal immunity. Until Americans understand this reality, hospitals will continue operating as state-sanctioned killing centers rather than healing institutions.

Despite this public hearing and the outrage and disgust the legislators had during the hearing the bill failed and it is still legal in Massachusetts and most states for doctors to sexually assault their patients while they’re anesthetized, without their consent. Mind you this is in Massachusetts, Harvard Medical School a stone’s throw from the state Capitol. Where the best and the brightest medical experts in the world are trained. But it’s the same in most states. Only the medical field can come up with “nonconsensual intimate examinations” to sanitize sexual assault. Like the convicted Olympic doctor Larry Nasser did. The USMLE, what physicians must pass to practice allopathic medicine has made many substantive changes since the days the good doctor author of this Stack took it. Severely dumbed-down. Is why AI “doctors” are beginning to look good in comparison. They’re trained to be arrogant idiots.
Changes to Step 1, made Pass/Fail in great detail. It’s important to note what’s happened with Step 2 and Step 3, as well. Step 2, Clinical Skills has been eliminated. And Step 3 similarly slated. Step 3 tests ability to independently practice medicine. As in sole practitioner not in a hospital system where specialists work as a team, stay in their silo. If you take these types of changes in the qualifications to practice medicine it’s my belief that the current allopathic medical model is devolving into training MD’s to simply enter patient symptom data into expensive WebMD-like computer programs that print out prescriptions to be filled at the pharmacy or schedule for invasive surgeries. AI “doctors” with a human cast playing the Doogie Howard/Quinn Medicine Woman role, reading their lines with dramatic flair.

The 2nd morning after brain surgery, I was lying in bed in a regular room (vs ICU) and two young neurological surgeons (not the surgeon who performed the surgery) came into my room and told me “you really scared everyone in the OR when you woke up yelling LEAVE ME ALONE”.
I’m lying there with the brain drain as my fashion accessory dangling in my peripheral vision… lol and I responded with “well, what were you doing to me?”. Both dummied right up. I asked again. No response. I finished that conversation with ‘I’m proud of myself, even waking up from anesthesia, to defend myself!” hmmmmm
I recovered quite quickly, had a recovery stay of three days, and as soon as I got home I started… researching. Digging deep I came across, “in a teaching hospital-residents may perform gynecology exams while patients are under anesthesia”. The quack palace I was at WAS a teaching hospital. THAT is about the only thing that would wake me tf up during surgery.
I immediately call my nurse brother to ask him if he’d ever heard of this and he retorts with “wonder what they do to men? Proctology exams? lol”
There’s been a few cases where patients had recording devices on them during surgery and the talk by the medical team was quite derogatory, low class and even threatening.
Even in emergency admissions, they give you a stack of legal docs to sign. Has anyone ever had a lawyer go over these papers or even read them yourself before signing?

In the Massachusetts bill hearing they mentioned training on prostrate, too. Have you watched the ten minutes of testimony in the clip I shared? It’s a long hearing, just go to the time stamp.
You’ll hear doctors sharing their ethical dilemmas when being taught how to be doctors. Bullied by their professors and deans, told if they want to be a doctor they have to make difficult decisions like that, to get over it, not everyone can cut it and they should just quit if they can’t handle it.
Hundreds of thousands in debt and life ambitions, self-worth linked to profession, ego, etc gets most all to snap in line, do as they’re told. A kind of hazing. Once they make the ethical negotiations it gets easier to make more like those. The concept of utilitarianism becomes a go-to, a crutch for all violations of their own internal warning system, “it serves a greater good. It serves a greater good. It serves a greater good. All the people this will help.” Rationalization and justification for doing harm.
They don’t get into the broader implications in the hearing, is focused on the one practice. But be under no illusion that the blurred line of utilitarian ethics stops there. No doubt these same ‘brave’ doctors mandated masks, coerce jabs and finds many other violations of human dignity and bodily autonomy to be necessary for the collective good. Only their modesty about genitals makes *this* practice offensive.
It’s about the mindset in the training that’s the biggest takeaway for me. What this reveals. That feeds right into what was done to the child in the story Dr. Oho shared. It’s endemic to the practice of allopathic medicine in 2025.
Oh dear god, if this jury is an example of the critical thinking of people in their 30u2019s, we are done. Toast. I am 59, I always had hope that the younger generations would be smarter than this.
I feel depressed not only for Grace and her family but the future for all of us.

I found out the hard way that hospitals outsource their emergency room. At St Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix AZ, a teaching hospital, the emergency dept is run by a third party.
Their emergency is setup to handle 50 patients. But, they routinely have one hundred patients in emergency lining the halls etc… They only have one physician available who cannot possibly see the patients who need to be seen the most. Every nurse was severely overworked and cranky.

When I arrived at the ER that night, they would not let me back there to see my husband for a good 10 minutes while they triaged him. I told the woman behind the glass window that I felt like a prisoner. I had no idea how accurate that was. And that was only the start of the process.
Fortunately, he came home next day. But we were told, in a hushed way, that if a patient leaves “against medical advice” insurance won’t pay.
At this point, hospitals terrify me.

I know many people contracted some kind of respiratory illness before and after the “pandemic” period, but we do not know about the origin or unique nature of that illness.

For many decades I’ve been saying, “a hospital is a VERY dangerous place!” These hospitals are all headed by bean counters, not doctors and they got paid more to kill people than save them, during the Covidiocy 🙁 My brother got covid and called wanting me to take him to the hospital and I said No F-ing way! I took him some Ivermectin instead. I had purchased a shit ton from an accredited pharma lab in India. I just took one (12mg) and have continued to take one Sat and Wed, just for cancer prevention (although I’ve been eating Carnivore for almost 2 years and have a VERY low cancer risk as a result! 🙂 Look up how Dr Thomas Seyfried cures 80% of his very terminal patients and has for many decades, with a very low carb diet. Cancer feeds on glucose/sugar and dies without it!
Doc, I am horrified by this verdict. I am horrified by the fascist state of our medical system. There seems to be no relief in sight either, if Makary’s and Prasad’s performance is any guide over at FDA.

My husband was admitted to hospital just last night. Fortunately, he is ok and coming home in a couple of hours.
At the ER, I was given a pad, containing all of the admission documents requiring electronic signatures. The rep acted surprised and put-out that I wanted paper copies to read, and the best she could do was to bring me a glossy, printed booklet to read through. Actually, I think she was surprised that I wanted to read them at all, as she stood over my shoulder and swiped the pages for me. When I told her I wanted to write “no vaccinations” on his paperwork, but there was no way to do so on the electronic pad, she said, “Well, just tell the nurse.”
I have a friend whose husband was admitted two weeks ago in another state. Out of nowhere, a nurse jammed a covid test up his nose, causing him to cry out in pain. Neither one of them was asked beforehand, and it was a complete stealth move.
So the information about having your paperwork lined up beforehand is critical. Emergencies happen in a flash, and these authoritarian anti-freedom measures are still being played out. Also, I am shocked that nearly every worker in the hospital wears a mask, even doctors. (Maybe it is a requirement, IDK, but that is shocking to me.)

Having had some experience in this area, I can say that the benefit of having done the paperwork is primarily for the family to know a persons wishes and beliefs. When in a hospital and especially in emergency or ICU they will ignore the power of attorney for healthcare and do what they want to do. Then, when the original is put before them they will argue until someone threatens legal actions. Then the risk management team gets involved. Then maybe the patients wishes will be honored.
When a patient lands in cardiac ICU, the hospital stands to make around $100,000. a day. It is one of the highest income or most profitable areas of the hospital.

This is off-topic, but For, Dr. Yoho readers some very good news. Pam Bondy finally dropped charges against the hero, Dr. Kirk Moore, who was facing 35 years for giving fake saline covid shots and the necessary paperwork to desperate people in his community saved countless lives.

Humans are natural resources to be industrialized and harvested.
Want to add a minor correction. Attorneys can ask for what is a called judgment notwithstanding the verdict. In California, a judge can do it on their own accord. I am sure the attorneys considered it but new there was little chance of the motion succeeding and if it did, the ruling would be appealed. There is a huge bias in favor of doctors especially when so many experts testified for the defense.
