When I was an intern, a physician supervisor told me, “Yoho, even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut.” I must have done something right, but this was such a rare event that the circumstances do not survive in my memory.

I will help you find a few nuts among the deceptions in our twisted landscape. My truths may not be yours, and I may change my mind about some of them. My strength is that I have worked full-time for five years decoding events.

Polymath Paul (PP) has a broad bandwidth

He looks at the entire wall of lies daily:

I go through my Substacks as an exercise and constantly stress test the assumptions and suppositions. What are the claims? What’s the evidence? What’s the contrary evidence? Are they even citing evidence?

To be fair, people who have asinine takes on one issue have the wisdom of Solomon on another.

I have no hope of keeping track of everything Paul does. So I use rules of thumb—heuristics—to turn off 95 percent of it. Deceit and confusion are the psychopaths’ currency. Once you catch someone in a lie, nothing they say can be trusted. If I smell panic or duplicity, I pull the source off my feed and never view it again.

Yoho’s Reality Laws throw the garbage out of your mind

#1. Malign forces are conspiring to confuse and misdirect us. Your first priority must be to avoid debased media sources. They are purpose-built to confuse, misinform, and intimidate us, so turn them off. Your second is to disbelieve most of what you hear. As Theodore Sturgeon first stated in the 1950s, “Ninety percent of everything is crap.” It is far worse today; see below.

#2. The updated Golden Rule is that those with the gold make the rules, so learning the funding source explains a lot. I used to think it explained everything until I learned about psychopaths. For them, lying and damaging others is a drive like sex. Never underestimate your ability to be fooled by them, for they do not telegraph duplicity like ordinary people (See Chapter 2, Cassandra’s Memo).

#3. If you do not follow a person’s reasoning, you are likely being lied to. Cast it off as false, for you are as bright as they are. Believe your eyes, experience, and intuition. Take nothing on faith or authority.

Polymath Paul adds, “Anybody carrying water for archons, demons, alien invasions, or part-man, part-machine cyborg warriors is either a moron or a paid shill.” I am also suspicious of those who combine hysteria and apocalyptic religion. Finally, crediting powerful, previously unknown technology to the psychopaths replaces our reasoning powers with magical thinking.

Religious ideas, including demons, are widely accepted by many brilliant people. We all know we are in a spiritual war, and these beliefs elegantly explain our world. But devils are too much for me, for suspicion dominates my thinking. I believe what I can see, feel, and understand; taking things on faith is outside my process. Maybe when I am kidnapped by demons and see them for myself, I will learn the error of my ways. Maybe this has already happened, and I have not noticed.

Likewise, discussing events light-years of distance or eons of time away from us is science fiction. It is not a practical approach that might yield insights or action plans today. (I confess I spent a lost decade with my nose in science fiction books, but this ended when I was sixteen.) My policy is Joe Friday’s, “Just the facts, Ma’am.”

When no rule of thumb is obvious, you must examine each situation individually. Your gut’s spider-sense is the sum of logic and emotions. It should be your North Star; it will not forsake you if you listen. Aurelius wrote, “Don’t fear the future. You will face it, if that is your fate, armed with the same ruling reason that guides you in the present.”

If you get fooled, trust your intuition once more. Aurelius again: “Don’t become disgusted with yourself, lose patience, or give up if you sometimes fail to act as your philosophy dictates. But after each setback, return to reason and be content if most of your acts are worthy of a good man.”

When you blend your feelings and intellect, you own a superpower. Triangulating sources you respect will help you develop it.

Who can you trust?

Once you know a someone’s integrity, you can delete and ignore those who deride or oppose them. Here are my touchstones in rough order of importance. I do not follow all of them closely, and there are more. They all write on Substack.

  • Mercola has mentored most of us. He is head and shoulders above the rest.

  • Unbekoming’s Substack. Brilliant, productive, and the closest to my interests.

  • Sasha Latypova. She should need no introduction.

  • Peter and Ginger Breggin shook me awake. Ginger once sent me 200 books to distribute.

  • James Corbett, OG. Comprehensive references and analyses.

  • James Roguski. Trying to singlehandedly rein in the WHO’s world takeover.

  • Pierre Kory. Still in practice after a brilliant career as an ICU doctor.

  • CJ Hopkins. Fantastic writer and intellect reporting from Germany.

  • Toby Rogers. Another top writer who gets most things right.

  • A Midwestern Doctor. Anonymous and brilliant.

  • Paul Alexander. His torrent of ideas is too much, but who can doubt his sincerity?

  • Doomberg. Energy perspectives. I read the free version.

  • Alex Epstein. Another courageous energy warrior.

  • Matthew Crawford is a polymath Substacker who writes a series about the false-flag Freedom Movement people he calls “Chaos Agents.” HERE is one of his posts.

  • Dave Payette is a newbie (HERE), but you will learn from him.

  • Katherine Watts. Colleague and collaborator of Latypova.

  • J. Arnold, Liar’s World Substack. Close friend who helps me with perspectives.

Case reports: how to see through the quacks

We have met the enemy, and he is us. —Walt Kelly, Pogo comic strip

Who in the Freedom Movement is bribed, blackmailed, or threatened? Who are psychopaths? We can rarely tell, but if they lie, it makes little difference.

I try to imitate Eisenhower, who wrote that he never thinks about people he does not like. So I flipped my switch off early for Alex Barenson and Simone Gold. Alex is a masterful writer, but as anyone who has followed him knows, he is also a master of misdirection and inconsistency. Simone has been accused of frauds that seem credible.

The psy-op known as Malone seems fully outed now. Not long after he popped his bearded head up, some of his views confused and irritated me. Each time I called him out for it, I was attacked by a swarm of threatening “supporters.” This was diagnostic of a false flag, so I ghosted him long before he sued the Breggins. When that happened, my judgment locked, for I had learned earlier in my career that harassment lawsuits are psychopath markers.

I have not closely followed the more recent allegations against Malone. Our friend Paul Alexander writes about damning events involving him (HERE, for example). Well-documented charges from another source are HERE. I named my worthless dog after the man and left it at that.

People who know Malone say they sense his sincerity. If personal relationships like this have ever fooled you, recite Rule #2 ten times.

If we let media figures like this actor into our lives, we feel we “know” them from afar. I once met a mixed martial artist whom I had often watched on TV. As we spoke, I realized my identification with him was a ridiculous fantasy.

Although I never met anyone on this list, three of them hypnotized me into giving them money anyway.

Michael Greger of Nutritionfacts.org is shilling for someone

His “vegan” acolytes claim they are righteous herbivores who consume “nothing with a face or a mother.” I sat at his table for a year, chowing down on plants and studying his views. When I got sick, I realized the error of my ways. Since then, I have written about vegan psychology and how these practices—for the few who follow them strictly—destroy health* (Hormone Secrets).

I saw Greger speak during my recent Vegas trip, and his affect was as bizarre as ever. He looked like he was sharing an insider joke with the psychopaths—“We know we are lying, but somehow these idiots cannot see it.” His trademark saying is, “I read the food studies, so you do not have to.” Trust him, trust the “science,” trust authority. It is the standard psychopath con job.

I think Greger is likely an operative who is paid to damage us. For other examples of this phenomenon, see my recent post, “Almost Everything Scares Me These Days.” He claims his website, NutritionFacts.org, is internally funded. I doubt it, but since plenty of people eat his meal, I could be wrong.

*There are a few exceptions, but I suspect that many of them sneak a few eggs at night.

Mike Adams supposedly believes in space invaders

Mr. Adams has charisma and media training. His entertaining rants start rationally but devolve into disturbing idiocy. For example, he claims that aliens will save us when our need is most dire. If he is right, I hope they come in shielded flying saucers, for the Van Allen radiation belts surrounding the Earth exterminate any life passing through it. Not even a dog has been up there and survived. Only the Apollo actors went through it and lived to tell the tale, but they did it virtually on a Hollywood Star Trek set.

Adams loves telling Terminator movie stories. Skynet becomes conscious in a Singularity event and kills everyone. Cyborg warriors that are part-man and part-machine are coming to get us. He also tells QAnon-type tales* about Trump or the military saving us. Adams’s absurdities are expressly designed to whipsaw your emotions and give you nightmares.

He recently claimed he had a laboratory where he tested zeolite to see if it helped detoxification. He had a definitive answer, but I instantly forgot what he said because I knew that, based on his other nonsense, it had a 50:50 chance of being true. After what I have seen from him, I doubt if he even has a lab.

Is he a shill, compromised, or just a scamp trying to make a buck? We cannot tell, but since his pattern is typical for “resistance leaders,” the odds favor the first two. I never listen again to anyone who lies to me, and Adams is as full of it as a political candidate.

*QAnon claims that we have nothing to fear because true-blue elements of the CIA, FBI, the military—or someone from our side who cannot be revealed—will soon save us. It was a documented military psy-op that seems to have been turned off over a year ago.

People close to RFK also told me about those space aliens

Groups that spread good news about salvation by space invaders are being made to look ridiculous. Although Kennedy’s intellect towers over us, some of his minions are full-on retards. I would never accuse him of that, but his platform is designed to lose rather than win. For example, he endorses “reparations.” Does anyone here know of a less popular or more asinine idea? He also advocates gun control, which would put us prostrate at our enemies’ feet.

Whitney Webb writes in One Nation Under Blackmail (2021) that the political left became dominated by the psychopaths (my word, not hers) over many decades. Kennedy is heir to much of their intellectual contamination, but I cannot believe his stated policies and beliefs match. The globalists seem to be using him as a foil against Trump.

Despite all this, I believe RFK is sincere and hope he can play a role in our future. He has done fantastic work uncovering vaccines as a bioweapon (again, my interpretation). The Real Anthony Fauci taught us that the Covid rollout, “vaccine” fatalities, and withheld therapies duplicated Fauci’s AIDS playbook. Like the Covid vax, treating AIDS with AZT killed a lot of people, and effective treatments such as Bactrim were concealed. Kennedy just published another landmark book, The Wuhan Cover-Up.

Too much information about Ana Michalcia

Ana is causing a lot of Substackers anxiety, so I will analyze her in some detail. One of my friends is scared witless about Michalcia’s claim that microscopic robots are taking over our bodies. So I wrote Ana an email and simply asked, “Please send me the references that best corroborate your work,” She replied:

What do you mean?

I have written hundreds of substack articles and my work is vast. This is a summary that has been included in the Ban the Jabs resolution that has been passed by 7  GOP counties in Florida, Idaho state and multiple other counties. It is also part of the evidence of Crimes against Humanity used for the National ARM Grand Jury Petition of Crimes against Humanity that has been delivered to Governors and Attorney Generals in multiple states.

I have provided evidence of Nanotechnology in medications, vaccines, have extensively reported in hundreds of articles my findings with he scientific and military literature.

Please look at the vast body of work and see for yourself and then pick whatever you want.

The interview with Dr David Hughes, who published on the worldwide evidence of analysis of vial contents finding self assembly nanotechnology, graphene and abnormal findings in the blood is below.

Michalcia did not include peer reviewed articles for some reason. Maybe everything she says is true and she’s a lot smarter than I am. However, I will show that you do not have to be a genius or examine her “vast body of work” to determine whether she is worth reading.

I loosely followed Ana for several months but could never focus on her because my gut told me something was wrong. She claimed to be seeing patients yet churns out an incredible content volume. I know how consuming medical practices are, so her output is improbable without a ghost writer. I speculate based on her content that she hired a 20 year old kid who is still enjoying his science fiction decade. The essays are riddled with basic usage errors that an MD/PhD like Ana would (hopefully) not make.

Mihalcea mixes religion, apocalyptic imagery, and scientific-sounding info that I do not understand. Her central claim is that graphene oxide “micro-bots” are taking over the bloodstream of the entire populace. She shows horrifying darkfield microscope video images of little metal machines rushing through our bloodstream. She also says that they are transmitted or “shed” from the vaxed to the unvaxed.

She claims in panicky tones that this will transform us into cyborg warriors. Or something like that—my eyes glaze over when I read her. She mixes religion, mythology, and science fiction. She also supplies us with tasty images:

By golly, this is Gandalf and the Balrog from Lord of the Rings. From HERE.

She drops gems like this:

The Annunaki* (sic: this is actually spelled Anunnaki) and other advanced races have contributed to the DNA of the human embodiment. The biblical references would be to the Watchers, yet the Sumerian tablets give a much more detailed and accurate account of the many extraterrestrial Genesis projects. The Annunaki have created human bodies to serve them by mixing their DNA with the humanoids on earth and evolving them as their slaves to mine the Earth for Gold, which is the manna of the Gods. Even science has found an irrefutable extraterrestrial signal in human DNA.

*Anunnaki, Nephilim, Atlantis & Archons. An advanced race [Nephilim] that came to earth to mine for gold. In the process, they ‘tinkered’ with the beings on earth and created an upgraded version of humans. They have been trapped here for at least 50,000 years. They communicated with “Off-World” beings known as Archons to figure out how to escape their prison planet. (I hope this clarifies things for you.)

If you can look at all this with a straight face, you also believe in the tooth fairy. I needed no more data to ignore Michalcia, but my panicky friend prodded me to look closer.

So I read Ana’s last few Substacks and found that a fellow traveler, James Grundvig, was recently on a podcast with her. I interviewed and had lunch with him once. Not long ago, Grundvig’s whole act was the QAnon thing—claiming that various species of public servants would ride in on white horses and save our lives from the Cabal.

During my brief enthusiasm for Grundvig, I encouraged Peter Breggin to do a podcast with him. Peter told him that his opinions were ridiculous and came close to cutting off his microphone. My bad, Dr. Breggin, sorry!

I then asked my friends about Ana. Jim Arnold of LiarsWorld Substack told me:

I’m skeptical of her because she’s so typical of the mindf**k playbook – drone on about super scary science that’s going to be the end of humanity.

Polymath Paul wrote:

If the jabs are this bad, why aren’t they killing way more people?

I think [Michalcia] is an op and a distraction to get us to focus on the past ad nauseam as opposed to the present or the future. Jabs suck, full stop—don’t get any more. Take whatever measures one can to detoxify from big pharma f**kery.

I don’t see the percentage in the hedgehog-like focus on this s*** and believe it is a purposeful distraction. The appeals to authority with no corroboration. The fearmongering is a low blow, and we should be above it.

To further triangulate, a friend asked a prominent Resistance Movement physician about Ana. My buddy texted me:

“Misinterpretations” is generous. HERE is Anna’s archive if you need to look at more. I do not.

Sasha Latypova’s beliefs about “advanced technologies”

You will hear from “resistance leaders” that engineered bioweapon viruses can be made by students with equipment and materials from Amazon, then leaked and kill half the planet. Please do not buy recycled Hollywood garbage about germ warfare. You know better…

Here is why I don’t believe Boston University or any other academic clickbait about chimeric killer viruses they claim to make.  And neither should you.

In this presentation, biologist JJ Couey explains what Sars Cov 2 biowarfare agent actually is – a purified viral clone that is marginally dangerous for a short period of time and does not spread by itself…

Pandemics do not exist in nature. Epidemics, if they do occur, are local and self-extinguishing, because that’s how nature works. The evil psychopaths cannot really make pandemics happen. They can only scare you into believing these are possible in order to gain control over you and establish their cherished dream – a global totalitarian biosecurity state. Be Not Afraid.

Here is another of Sasha’s valuable articles that you should review if you still think Ana might be sincere:

[This] is about one of the areas where I get a lot of bad questions: transhumanism, nanotechnology, synthetic biology, internet of bodies and related concepts… Attempts to make me look at yet another thousand microscopy pictures of various materials claiming that these are artificial organisms such as “synthetic bacteria”, or nano-robots and other absurdities will result in nothing enjoyable for those feeling entitled to waste my time. So please don’t. If you think that I am stupid, uneducated, and a controlled opposition, feel free to think that.

She quotes Katherine Watts:

Based on my own understanding of reality and especially what I’ve come to understand about the globalists’ use of predictive (word- and image-based) psychological manipulation — using news reports, scientific publishing (including patents), table top exercises, television shows, movies, planning reports, laws, and other media to prepare people to inaccurately interpret and behaviorally respond to orchestrated events that are fictional but presented as real, I’m not that concerned about the globalists actual ability to create transhumans by melding electronic technology with biological organisms.

In general, I think that the globalists are very, very good at deceiving people and breaking things, including human bodies and souls, but they are not good at creating anything, because creation is God’s domain and is inextricably interpenetrated with truth.

So, I think the globalists are spraying, injecting and otherwise inserting a lot of garbage into cells, plants, animals and human bodies, some of which is metallic or magnetic or other elements of electronic devices. And irradiating living creatures and systems with EMF and RF and the like. But the effect is to injure and prematurely kill the living organisms, not to meld living, healthy biological organisms with electronic devices or networks.

I don’t think their goal is to create transhumans. I think their goals are to sabotage God’s creation, especially human society, and to kill a lot of human beings. Transhumanism is just one of their many cover stories to try to make people think it’s about something else, alongside climate change, deadly global pandemics of communicable disease, the empowerment of women and a few other things. They’re aborting human beings from conception to 100+ years after birth: extending Roe v. Wade and the atheist-materialist principle of non-sacredness of human life, to its logical full geopolitical expression.

Sasha continues:

Injecting a simple material or a matrix into the body will lead to one of three outcomes.  The material can be (a) safely eliminated, (b) safely accumulate, or (c) poison the body as it accumulates and can’t be eliminated fast enough.  This is true of materials such as Vitamin D, arsenic, or graphene.   There is no question injecting soups of dangerous materials called ‘vaccines’ can harm a population through a poisoning mechanism (either directly or by breaking down regular biological functions).

Is graphene toxic to the body? Depends on the formulation and structure. In formulations where it was found to be toxic (e.g. carbon nanotubes), the mechanism of injury is similar to that of asbestos (also a nanomaterial).

Finally, HERE is a more recent article about these frauds. Latypova concludes, “[You can dispell] their fake fear narratives of mutating invisible self-spreading bullshit [by] staying alert, utilizing common sense, not relying on their murderous “healthcare,” and helping each other.

We are lost without our ability to focus and reason

Keep a heavy finger on the “block” and “unsubscribe” buttons. Cut off anyone who wastes even a moment of your time.

The jackals melt when their lies are thrown in their faces. They cannot stand against us for a moment after we educate and activate even a small percentage of our billions of people.

I recently unsubscribed to Anau2019s substack. It did seem like a lot of fear mongering. I too felt like something wasnu2019t right and even said in a comment u201Cif then, so what?u201D Thereu2019s not a darn thing we can do if these things are in our blood except trust God. I didnu2019t get the clot shot so itu2019s easy for me to say. I also decided long ago, no one is injecting anything in my body if I can help it. Not Botox, fillers, vaccines, steroids etc. I take a lot of supplements and maybe I shouldnu2019t but I know they have helped me with various conditions!!

Thanks ago Dr. Yoho for this great info.

    Blessings, peace and health!!

Iu2019m pretty much where you are, butterfly. I got rid of Malone long ago and while interesting, the continuous output of Alexander tired me. A few others are qualified for removal right now. If the danger is getting more dire everyday, then I have to realize there is nothing humanly I can do and put my trust in God and pray for the warriors.

As far as I am concerned, if someone is making money on ANYTHING they say, they are suspect. I trust NO ONE…. 99% of everything is BS….. And, if ANYONE thinks differently, too bad for them…. bye bye miss american pie … now get over it and buy ammo!!! Take care of you, doc…

Very interesting article, thanks. I resonate with a lot of what you said about using one’s
bullshitometer and using common sense, and I like everyone on your like list, even if
some of the things they say might not resonate with me. For example, Crawford seemed
to be implying that Dr. Rima Laibow is a chaos agent in one of his articles, and that doesn’t
resonate with me at all. I have listened to many of her podcasts and she is very knowledgeable
and works tirelessly to warn us about the globalists and motivate people to resist and flood
their elected representatives with demands to get out of WHO, the UN, etc, and provides a
lot of documents showing what they globalists are planning regarding sexual exploitation of
minors, 500 mandatory vaccines by 2030 and so on. The criticism centered around her
husband, who she said was murdered in the hospital (does that surprise anyone?) who was
a former military intelligence leader who she said she was able to show the light. In any event
he’s been dead since I think 2017 and I have only been listening to her since 2020. They also
cast doubt on her story about a royal who let her in on the globalist great culling plans in
about 2002/3, about which she knew nothing previously. Did this really happen? I can’t know
but seeing how totally arrogant and above any possible earthly consequence these people believe they are it is quite plausible to me. The Day tapes, which I learned about from Sage Hana, shows
how long-term their grand plot has been brewing, during which he said, in 1969 (one can listen on her stack to see if you find the testimony credible) “there is no stopping us now”. And I truly believe they believe that and from what I can see, unfortunately, they are probably right, at least if more of us don’t wake the FU very soon.

When it comes to all the mystic stuff, I don’t know what to think for sure but there are a lot of testimonies of people who have had NDEs, most of heaven but some of hell. I don’t get the feeling that most of these people are lying or deluded; I suggest listening (many on YouTube) and judge for yourself. Delores Cannon was a hypnotist who wrote many books about all sorts of things people would say about past lives, being seeded by alien civilizations, etc. She said she was amazed by all of this as she never expected to hear such things, and neither did the patients she put under hypnosis. Make of it what you will, but I don’t reject Dr. Ana or others for referencing such things, though it does not get to the heart of the issues we face in the most direct way. There were in fact a fair number of references to Atlantis in Cannon’s works, for example.

The main issue is what the F*** is in these shots, and to what purposes? Sasha is of course correct when she says it is not a consistent product, and most of the people injected with it seem to be ok
which means they are largely getting away with all the people they have harmed with plausible (to normies) deniability. It is not only Dr. Ana who are finding all these things in the blood that shouldn’t be there: Dr. David Nixon, Clifford Carnicom (who has been studying Morgellons and related poisons that people have in their bodies for many decades; one can read his many papers on his website), and some newcomers like Matt jaob, FM8, Karl C, and others that have sub stacks, and their attempts to use various technologies and substances to try and detoxify their blood of the shit they are finding with microscopy. And, of course, what is causing these huge clots in people? I don’t buy that this is an accident that the globalists had no idea could happen, that they were just throwing crap at the wall hoping something would stick, I think they must have known this could/would happen.

I’ll continue in a 2nd post, this one is already too long.

Mike Adams is an interesting character, to be sure, but I found a lot of what he said rings
true to me. He was the first that I heard who called these shots bioweapons, and he said (in summer of 2021 when I first listened to him) that we were in the 3rd of 5 phases of vaccine coercion. He has been selling products that he claims have been tested with his
lab equipment for impurities for many years. He was the only person who would step up
and analyze the clots that embalmer Richard Hirshman produced (Dr. Ryan Cole would
not, for example, according to Dr. Jane Ruby’s reporting), and by burning it down to the elements he found that there were a lot of conductive metals in them and lower concentrations of organic building blocks than one would find if these were created by
      an uncontaminated human body.

Adams made some claims that seemed improbable, such as an invasion by China. However, as time has gone on, and there are lots of reports of military age illegals, including Chicoms, being let into our country, this seems more plausible as part of a grand plan to bring the US down, enabled and abetted by our “leaders”. Dave Hodges has talked about this at some length and comes to some of the same conclusions. In any event, I don’t see that any possible misdirection that Adams could supply about some of these subjects, even where he is wrong, can really influence enough people to derail any “not a movement”, as Sage Hana calls it, that we might be involved in. Someone who is suing dissidents for $25,000,000, could help to derail whatever movement we have going, however.

To me, the chaos agents are most likely people implanted into organizations. For example, the
board of Project Veritas, who ousted James O’Keefe and effectively neutered that organization though it still exists on paper. Vivienne Fischer served that role, IMO, with Reiner Fullmich. I don’t know about Dr. Gold’s actual fraud, and maybe she did, but her group was very valuable to me in 2020 when they proclaimed the efficacy of HCQ and were brutally shut down. I have heard her speak and she was very passionate about motivating us to make a difference, and everything she said resonated with me. Was a chaos agent implanted in her organization? I don’t know.

When it comes to nanotechnology and transhumanism, it is quite valid to question whether they can actually do this and whether or not their pursuit of the matter is a smokescreen. However, very few people are even aware of this and the MSM never discusses the subject so I rather doubt that. I highly recommend Elana Freeland’s geoengineering trilogy, where she has tons of references to all the technologies that have been patented and written about, many of them energy weapon technologies which are a huge part of what they are doing to us IMO. They have “smart dust” patented, which are basically nano computers. Can they enter us and allow them to control us? I don’t know, but they certainly can harm people with frequencies and she goes into great detail about how the particulate matter dumped in the atmosphere (“chemtrails”, whether visible or not) have the primary purpose of creating a “space fence” allowing them to have an “ionized sky”, with which they can target anything with various energy technologies (it sounds woo woo, but Tesla is credited with a lot of this inspiration). These technologies can be used to create weather disasters that they can then blame on “climate change” to help that agenda go forward, which is even more insidious than the shots.

Dr. Judy Wood wrote an excellent textbook on the twin tower collapse titled “Where did the towers go?”. She is a structural engineer, and the book is fabulously illustrated and she shows very clearly that 9/11 could not have happened the way we were told, that the buildings “dustified”, as she calls it, at free fall speed, which is impossible from a plane crash fuel fire.
She concludes that some type of molecular dissociation weapon, which she credits to Tesla’s work, must have been used though she does not know what it is (she considers if thermite or mini nukes could have caused what happened and votes against it. I think it could have been more than one thing, personally). Elana Freeland deals with this subject directly, and in the first 8 pages of her 2nd book, she outlines the technology she believes was used on 9/11.
Similar signs of energy weapon attacks can be seen in the implausible-as-a-natural-fire burn patterns seen in Lahaina, Paradise CA, and other places. Of course, we are seeing now how the creation of fear and government agencies to combat “domestic terrorism”, which will be leveled against anyone who gives “misinformation”, “disinformation”, or, worst of all, “malformation” which is true information that causes people to lose confidence in our dear leaders, is being used, and how 9/11 and other suspect incidents set the stage for that.

Thus, I don’t doubt that they have a lot of technology that we are only dimly aware of. Perhaps their main goal for all this crap, besides poisoning us, is to make us more susceptible to localized energy weapons such as can be put on street lights (Aman Jabbbi has an excellent presentation on all of this in Maria Zeee’s channel), to keep us from straying from our 15 minute cities. Or, to change our biology enough that they can patent and thus have total legal control (again, if one looks at the absurd things that some courts are finding, we have to consider they could get away with something like this) over our bodies. Attorney Todd Callander says they call this thus-created “transhuman”, whether that fits our pre conceived ideas of what this means or not, “homoborgenisis “(sp?).

Thus, while I have great respect for the work of Sasha and Katherine Watt (no s), and I think they are absolutely spot on with what they are saying about this being a military operation, set up by many decades of pseudo-legal laws, executive orders, agency declarations ,and court decisions, and that all the supposed oversight by the FDA and CDC is thus a sham, they are a little to quick to dismiss these other possibilities. They are of course entitled to state their opinions about what they think are the the likelihood of this being true, and what their intuition tells them. I think, however, that we need to keep our powder dry until more evidence is available.

Ernie, I agree with many of your points. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Like you, I have no problem saying I don’t know when I don’t know, and in my opinion it is an admirable trait. I believe if given an open opportunity to experiment, that many will try as many things as possible while still flying under the radar. And if not under the radar, will try to cover it up if anything goes wrong. If one follows the goals of WEF, you can see the goals plain as day. It is not hidden anymore. How successful they are is still up in the air, much like creating prototypes, one can still have some small success or at least learn in the process. I used to be more wary of the microscopers until I started looking at vaxxed and unvaxxed blood multiple times for over a year, (longitudinal study … same persons) and that’s why I believe all is not good for both vaxxed and unvaxxed generally speaking. There are some people who make very good choices daily and will have very few problems, if any. I also believe people can be wrong one day or moment, but that doesn’t not necessarily mean they are lying or liars. That said, there are still some people you can sense something is off. I will still read their work because some of it is important, but always tuck in the back of my mind, I would never be able to trust this person 100%. Unless you know a person personally (in person) over a long time with many kinds of shared experiences both good and bad, it’s best to have that mindset about others online. I believe the evil that’s happening is mostly about greed, power, and the *search* for immortality, pain/ailment/contagion free living, and eternal youth *without regard or respect* to the common people who will get used in their efforts to obtain these goals. They will be used to make things, do things, think things, and test things and are considered expendable. Red pill, blue pill, purple pill, no pill … it’s up to the individual to choose which they take and live with the consequences. I believe in a Creator of all things, because something cannot be created from nothing. The Creator is The Beginning, and I am grateful for the Creator for giving me life and the opportunity to experience it.

The more someone lies the less they can be trusted or believed. It is very difficult to trust again and probably only possible if you know them personally and they play an active role in your life. But I do agree, lying is one of the worst things a person can do and we’ve seen some deadly lies being told without any repercussions. The effort to sort out is based on whether it will help me find peace and/or my ability to sort out rather than my interests whether wide or narrow.

Very interesting. And while I agree with about half, Iu2019m dumfounded Dr. Ana was shit on, as well as thousands of other professionals and amateur microscopy researchers whou2019ve put their lives and reputations on the line posting their findings of u201Cself-arranging nanotechnologyu201D evidence.

In one breath, the author lectured to his audience to only believe the u201Ctangibleu201D science, but then told us to discard our own research and understandings all at the same time. Very confusing.

I find it impossible to u201Cbelieveu201D in anything, doc. If I canu2019t prove it with real science in a way I can u201Cunderstandu201D it, then I donu2019t. For instance, I donu2019t believe the earth is flat, or in u201Cnaturalu201D pandemics either. Nor do I believe in alien invaders. But the science being evolved in the shadows by the self-proclaimed Eugenicists over the past hundred years is so far advanced itu2019s very probable many very intelligent, well meaning scientists and doctors would label it Sci-Fi once they studied it, or refused to study it, in spite of reality. Iu2019m convinced that people are emitting Bluetooth signalsu2014because the the science Iu2019ve studied about it makes sense.

Perhaps Dr. Ana is a bought tool as well, and perhaps I should turn her off oru2026what, trash her as a loon like the author did? How do you know for sure what you just read to us isnu2019t produced by the same PsyOps manipulators as wellu2014to pollute the legitimate punch bowl of u201Creal conspiraciesu201D just to get everyone from all sides to give up and then turn on the real herou2019s?

Iu2019m bewildered by most of the so-called professionals out there, especially those who will attack another with only words, not logic-based science, just like you spoke of.

Simply insisting it isnu2019t true doesnu2019t convince me either, and in fact makes me believe they too may very well be tools working for the CIA or Rockefeller who Iu2019m convinced controls everything we think and all of our fights and wars. Nothing will ever get better if we are no longer capable of being individuals, but instead gravitate to one side or the other to be part of the same horrible asshole, like Trump vs. Biden.

We MUST be capable and allowed to research and evolve our thinking as individuals, not be trapped to brainwashed mobs who insist with punishing remarks or punitive systems whatu2019s real or not, like every time some arrogant expert comes along and tells us weu2019re wrong, again, then bans us from thinking all together.

I love you, doc. And I will always appreciate your input and add it to the archive. If science can change my mind rather than damning, derogatory opinions, Iu2019ll turn off Dr. Ana, Dr. Nixon and Dr. Ber and the thousands of other credible researchers, then readjust accordingly. But nothing you read has convinced me their conclusions are incorrect. And after I add their findings to Rockefeller, Rothschild, Gates, Musku2019s, Schwabu2019su2026own proclamations over the years prior to the Plannedemic, Iu2019m convinced the u201Cself-arranging nanotechnology WMDu2019su201D are very real, not sci-if, and should be at the very least constantly researched and considered as a reality most are too brainwashed or feeble-minded to wrap their trained-brains around.

I think we both understand and will agree on one fact for sure: PsyOps is very real and is attacking us from every possible angle. Therefore what you just read may very well be part of a counter PsyOps and is also misleading you and your subscribers away from the truth. I honestly would NOT love to just give up and stop trying to u201Cunderstandu201D to be like so many othersu2014devolve into a u201Cmindless believeru201D and go along with the sheeple right over the cliff.

    • Avatar Robert Yoho MD (ret) says:

So you “trust the science” Ana puts forth? In the context of everything else she spews? Remember my rule: If you don’t understand it, it is likely nonsense. That opinion about her microscopy came from a highly respected source. Sorry I cannot quote him. Best and thanks for the comment.

      • Avatar jeffrey p lubina says:

Believe me, I get the frustration and how crazy some of this u201Csounds.u201D And itu2019s true that I have reservations about any religion or religious explanations concerning science. But what does sway me to believe them is our governments own data, private research papers and applications for patents concerning Coronavirus and itu2019s isolation and use as a weapon between late 1950u2019s to the early 1990u2019s, particularly what occurred at the university North Carolina. I also believe Dr. Beru2019s science concerning digital MAC addresses coming from vaccines mixed with blood and signals emitting from human bodies, both live and dead. I also believe the microscopic evidence from Dr. Nixon and thousands of others which clearly shows artifacts in blood and urine that is most certainty NOT normal, and in fact does look manmade, very similar to microchips. Even more impressive are images from electron microscopes.

Perhaps they are all either insane or intelligence agent-assets making this stuff up (PsyOps), but I cannot find evidence of either, yet. I do know I cannot explain the u201Cself-arranging/assemblingu201D bot-like, non-organic activity that will remain active for weeks, long after all other organic life within these blood samples have clearly died off.

Yes, Iu2019ll try not to worryu2026NOT. Just too impossible. But I do meditate under infrared lighting.

Sadly, Iu2019ve been overly worried since a childu2014problem-solving everythingu2014then becoming even more worried about how insane I believed everyone to be the more I u201Ctaught myselfu201D the truths. I later understood the beatings I received early on in school wasnu2019t so much because I was bad or misbehaving, but because of how u201Cscaredu201D or u201Cignorantu201D I made some of the authoritarians feel. Just very atypical-autistic with very disabling inabilities with one or two very ingenious abilities, which they took as u201Ccheatingu201D or u201Cwickedness.u201D

I totally get your perspective, almost. But for me itu2019s not about buying into emotional ideas, ever. As I keep repeating to my own subscribers and naysayers, I u201Cbelieveu201D in nothing. Iu2019m full on u201CI must scientifically Understand,u201D as youu2019ve said. And so if I take into consideration what I knew prior to the Army from my father, then during active duty, then afterwards, then my understanding of FalseFlags like 9/11 and Plannedemics, then my own research about u201Cmilitarized nanotechnologyu201D and the weaponizing of pathogens and fear, Iu2019m then forced by logic to lean toward Dr. Anau2019s and Karen Kingstonu2019s u201Cunderstandingu201D of what is u201Creallyu201D happeningu2026though still always a bit skeptical and still questioning everything.

So I do try to be civil, u2018cuz you can never really tell unless face-to-face, and even then be fooled.

Chat is so impersonal and suspicious in the first place, not to mention the reality of unreal troll-bots; AI, and there are many, more than 50% across the entire web are non-person software programs, and our governments (CIA, DoD, FBI, media platform manager/owners) are a major part of it.

In any case, the real people, the u201Cnormiesu201D (normal people like Sashau2014who I really liked), have always confused the hell out of me, and oftentimes end up disappointing me in the end. The more I learn about my own autism (so-called disabilities), the more I appreciate not having the emotional hangups that seem to drive most peopleu2019s beliefs overtaking their ability to be rational with true understandings, like the diehard Trump & Biden supporters. They are so committed to their u201Ccauseu201D that theyu2019ve lost sight of whatu2019s really important; whatu2019s real & true; whatu2019s naturally occurring; whatu2019s human-beautifulu2014pure individual persons with living souls. Group think, soulless crowds are most definitely unnatural, which I now understand are manufactured via the Vaxx protocols, 5G, ChemTrails and PsyOpsu2014combined. Itu2019s creating delusional, angry mobs, which then allows governments to make excuses for further controls over the crowd and individual. Where are the normal individuals with common interests coming together to associate and exchange great ideas? I am from Canada. Globalist plan is in full swing. The country will be done in a couple of years. So I moved to Panama once I seen the cops showing the globalist colors. Very dangerous. The signs are the educators backing the “demons” (sorry, most transexuals act like demons and I cant think of another description) and promoting the sexualization of children. There really never was a health care system. Now it is just pharma. And long wait times for dying cancer and heart patients and front of the line treatment for sex changes for a confused child. I took my name off the organ donation list. No vaccines. No doctors unless I break a bone or a deep cut. I think they will be killing old people soon enough. The country is fractured and surreal with 80 percent half ready to uprise and 20 holding on to power. All they need is a leader. They cheated in the last election. Votes are counted by civil servants who get raises every year. Average wage is 125k. The rest of us about 50k. As for the other side, there is truth but mega bs as well. You know that when they attach me to the flat earth society when you speak about vaccine safety. The king of England owns 90 percent of the land in Canada. One of the biggest inbred idiots on the planet controls a lot of the world. The king also determines who is the country’s leader. The constitution can be overturned for 5 years anytime the government in power decides to do it.
    It is done.

Also, it’s a lot harder to cheat elections here than in the US. The results of the last election were near identical to the prior one and that was consistent with everyone I knew as well.

People here need to wake up.

And yes, the health care system is a disaster now.

I was already dumping pills, and calling them reactions if I heard words like may cause cancer, heart, or lung diseases.

On the demons topic, I’m on the fence. The bible talks about our battle being not of flesh and blood, but against forces beyond this realm. Then there is Jerry Marzinsky’s work. I bought his book, and it is fascinating. He and I exchanged a couple of emails that were quite interesting.
I don’t know the ultimate story. But I do know that I’ve sat in the presence of pure evil: Watched as a person who looked perfectly normal changed. The eyes literally went from a bluish color to dark (almost black.) The manipulation and lies then kicked in and this person was obviously getting an energetic charge as I became emotional and upset. Wow….

In business, young companies, if successful, have a steep growth curve which allows for opportunities for everyone involved. Mature companies typically have very slow growth and bring out the very worst in humans as they fight over ever little scrap. And academia seems even worse where whoever gets on top gets the rewards and fame and everyone else fades into obscurity. The battles between so many of these professors and scientists simply seem driven by pride and ego to me. I donu2019t give them any deeper credence. But every now and then something makes me pause. I saw an interview of Dr. Breggin where he was describing his involvement with lobotomy. There are people I respect who know him personally and think heu2019s the kindest, best person. But, he came across to me as one reminiscing about the good old days. Glad you put in those quotes from Sasha and Katherine. I believe their analysis of the legal walls is absolutely correct. Furthermore they clearly elucidate the transhumanist, techno-narcissistic claims of many are mere wishful thinking, because after all, these people are psychopaths. These psychopaths are desperate for control and are the source of most of the fear mongering narratives of the day, e.g. climate change, wild animal viruses are going to kill us and therefore we should be rounded up into 15 minute citiesu2026. My biggest fear: the masses that are still are too intellectually paralyzed to rationally examine that these folks ( WHO, WEF, UN, DEEP,STATE NEXUS..) desire to control and profit from every resource on earth, including private and public lands, which they cleverly market and promote as humanitarian efforts to u201Csaveu201D us all; and if they donu2019t rise out of the swampy mire of fear, they will never be able to use their gut, and their intellects to see these psychopaths for what they really are, thus not aiding those of us who are awake in forming the critical mass needed to simply put these would be overlords out of power. Perhaps though, a looming energy crisis may thwart the technocratic desires because their vision of the world will be incredibly energy intensive and require and extremely robust electrical grid and surveillance system, a system which is currently very fragile.

  • Avatar Nan C says:

Very thoughtful article and I agree with much of what you say, but not all (that is the point, right, think and intuit for yourself). I would suggest reading some of David Icke’s books. He has been speaking about this globalist agenda for 30 years and was completely ridiculed and now almost all he has said is happening before our eyes. He was mostly ridiculed because he does talk about reptilians. I don’t resonate with everything he says but he has been on track for many years. Also I do think it is important to know someone’s motivation. Someone may claim something is true and really believe it, so though it is a lie, the intention is not to deceive.
On another note, from what I can gather you are a believer in a carnivore diet and not at all in support of a vegetarian diet. IMO each one of us has to determine what works for our bodies. I have been a vegetarian for 47 years and mostly vegan for the last 20. This diet works beautifully for me. I do eat eggs from my own chickens so I know what they are fed. I do not disparage meat eaters I just wish the emphasis would be more on raising and treating animals that are eaten humanely . I don’t see how eating factory farmed animals who are treated horribly and filled with GMO food and hormones can be healthy. Nor is farmed fish. The quality of the food one consumes both in how it was grown/raised is what constitutes its energy and thus what feeds our physical and energetic bodies. This whole globalist bullshit about eating bugs and more and more processed food is despicable. I personally am disgusted at how they have co-opted the whole vegetarian lifestyle. They have taken what was once a beautiful intention and created madness out of it as they have done with the environmental movement and so much more.
Thanks for this very thought provoking piece.

    • Avatar Mary says:

I agree with your thoughts on diet. My husband and I have been whole food plant based eaters for 17 years now, and it does pretty well for us.
I used to follow Dr. Greger, but when he supported covid shots and I stopped trusting the CDC, NIH, etc where Greger gets most of his information, that completely corrupted his credibility with me. I have never found Marcola helpful, and have not followed him. Maybe I’m missing something, maybe not.
Some people feel they need a carnivore diet for strength, but I recently heard this helpful thought on that from Dr. Doug Lisle: Building muscle does not depend on diet, and can be done even on a water-only fast. Building muscle depends on the repetitious use of muscles.

      • Avatar Nan C says:

I am so sad to hear that about Dr. Gregor. Still baffles me to no end how natural health practitioners and you teachers etc fell for the psyop. This was refreshing. I have to admit my approach is closer to your friend Polymath Paul, but that is limited to scanning for stuff I then strictly limit the list that I will read in depth. I also have one eye on twitter for breaking news with a list of reputable folks there.

WRT to your list, I like it. I think my biggest disagreement is with Dr Paul A. I have no doubt about his sincerity, but I know he’s a hothead, and he publishes too much hyperbole it takes far to long to sift fact from exaggeration IMO. Again, no doubts on sincerity.

I also have to say Thank you, because you have consistently reminded me about psychopaths, something that is hard to imagine. A good friend warned me many years ago of the same, but until you drilled it over and over, I’m not sure I fully digested it.

I also have a couple on my list that you have dropped. I don’t doubt Berensen’s sincerity, but his ego is massive. Malone, I’m still watching closely, and am torn about. I love Crawford and have been following him since very early in the pandemic.

I had not seen Sasha’s substack but the article you referenced is excellent. I have been debunking the self-assembling nanobots for a long time. There simply is no credible evidence. Even assembling graphite — if someone could actually prove it was graphite — is not going to transmit a message through the internet, I know how that stuff works, and Sasha nails it. Anyone who says they walked in a graveyard and found all the dead bodies broadcasting bluetooth simply doesn’t understand how that stuff works — including what your cell phone can detect. Using a cell phone to detect the location, strength, or direction of a bluetooth signal is sadly a reflection of gross incompetence, ignorance, or worse, a deliberate attempt to deceive and scare people.

Anyone who is using patents as “proof” of something they have no hard evidence for, is also immediately suspect IMO. As someone who is very familiar with patents, it is obvious to me, that people seem to have no idea that a patent is proof of an idea — that may or may not even be feasible — and nothing more. What people really don’t realize is that if you want to have some secret device, you wouldn’t patent it in 100 years. The intent of a patent is to stake a public claim to an idea so you can make money off of it. I posted a long rebuttal on Unbecoming on this topic as I feel Dale Wigington is not a credible source of information on “chemtrails” or geo-engineering. There are others that are far more credible IMO and they don’t claim every contrail is a plane spraying you.

I am with you on the Archons as well. I’ve run into those folks a few times too.

Paul has been publishing about pharma malfeasance for a long time, long before substack. One of the earliest people to break through the lock on publishing science during covid and got a huge article into BMJ on data integrity.
    https://disinformationchronicle.substack.com/

    4) The Ethical Skeptic
One of the earliest on the scene on Twitter questioning the medical narrative. Incredibly smart, speaks only from a position of thorough research and confidence, but sometimes hard to read. His twitter feed continually publishes updated death statistics from CDC data, but the real analysis, not fake trickery.
    https://theethicalskeptic.substack.com/

    5) Euggyppius – a plague chronical
A former American professor living in Germany, now full time writer. He’s got great perspectives on what has happened to Universities, and provides a german political perspective, akin to Hopkins, but with far less satire. Friend of Igor Chudov.

There are quite a few more, I follow and scan, but these folks I often read.

Another enjoyable, smile provoking read! Some thought provocation of Midwestern doc – as simply a gut feeling he/she has been eliminated from my reads – initially because taking up of the sword for a worthy cause but never allowing identification for her/his followers nor detractors – a safe place which to cast aspersions. The lastest substack (vaccine shedding) is a perfect example, casting aspersions upon u201Cpure bloodsu201D as resentment from the treatment of the vaxxed. Here is a thought , not resentment based, those very same vaxxed sheeple when presented with another plandemic will follow the psychopaths down that yellow brick road – so to identify as a pure blood is not necessarily a divisive position but more as an identifier to potentially extract information to make a better decision for yourself and/or literally attain u201Ccleanu201D blood for your very survival. I say this from first hand knowledge – my unvaxxed 27 yo daughter entered her workplace of all vaxxed coworkers AND developed optic neuropathy, lost partial vision in both eyes! I think the Sumerian tablets would interest you if you looked into it yourself. I can help you there. Iu2019ve never ever heard of nephilim being trapped here or that we are a prison planet. I have no idea where that came from and sounds like some nutter making things up to me. But the legitimate stuff will interest you. Iu2019ve spent a lot of time on it.
Moses very obviously either had access to the Sumerian knowledge or was told it all by the same god/gods that told the Sumerians. Comparing genesis to the Sumerian tablets is very interesting and it finally makes sense. I donu2019t think itu2019s possible to understand Genesis unless you have also looked into the knowledge of the Sumerians. The Sumerians wrote the story of Noah a lot earlier than Moses did in the bible except it was Gilgamesh and not noah. Thereu2019s no such thing as demons. The underworld refers to enkis scientific lab at the bottom of Africa where he created man by mixing their dna with the dna of great ape species and it was to create workers as their own kind mutinied as they were sick of doing the work. Called the underworld as it was below the equator.
I know it would blow your mind if you compared the Sumerian tablets to Genesis and itu2019s the only way to understand genesis. Let me know if you want me to send you some resources.

It helps to hear reinforcements of my own conclusions. Agree about berenson – he was right on covid & then didnu2019t move on instead disparaging medicines/drs that he clearly did not research or understand (&/or his ego couldnu2019t share the spotlight); Malone started hot but when he started writing too many articles about being attacked & being defensive – also too many people said he would not have a conversation; I like Mathew Crawford & heu2019s brilliant (familiar w/his AofPS program) but I feel he writes every impulse & detail about the psyop of the medical freedom movement to the point where I questioned if heu2019s a psyop…maybe donu2019t write your every thought – itu2019s a distraction. Corbett has been doing this forever & is light years ahead on every topic – check out his bill gates documentary. Someone you did not mention & will take you down a further rabbit hole – Matthew Ehret. The information is overwhelming & extremely well researched. He often reveals his thought process, & how it may have changed from his previous opinions which lends to his credibility & level headedness. (Btw the ufo stuff is distraction bs – this from people who believed & researched it when it wasnu2019t on our radar). I like K watt & Sasha however I think when they attack FL surgeon general & TX AG & Bret Weinstein/tucker Carlson, theyu2019re assuming theyu2019re part of the covid cabal. I may be wrong but I think those are good people & even if they are/were made aware of the US govt & wealthy oligarchy that are behind covid & everything else, they have to look at what they can actually accomplish. If they can move public sentiment & change the trajectory in the right direction that is better than screaming our govt did it w/ bill gates help & being written off as crazy. Heck our country still believes 911 was carried out by ten 5u20199u201D Arabs with box cutters, HIV causes AIDS, & 76 shots in childhood is the key to good health. The majority of the population are completely in the dark & still trust our government.

Bill Gates Set Up 20 Shell Companies to Hide Purchase of $113 Million of Nebraska Farmland
The limited liability companies, buried under layers of business names, overlapping employees and addresses in at least three states, form a network more tangled and opaque than the one created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is buying a giant amount of Nebraska ranch land.

Have you heard about Mercolau2019s new guru? Or that his supplements are sourced abroad? Or that he cannot vouch for his chocolate bars being lead-free?
